Features in select studios include personal sinks, south-facing windows, wrought iron accents, or exposed brickwork. All spaces are individually keyed studios, and rental includes liability insurance in the common areas, Wi-Fi, utilities, 24/7 secure building access, shared kitchen/lounge area, and opportunities to participate in our building events.
