Christie Peters is a self-taught Fibre Artist who has been wet-felting wool for over 15 years. She loves colour and texture and seeks to bring delight with her wool pieces. Currently she is exploring felting three dimensional forms like lampshades and vases. Her work can be found in her online shop, the WAG shop and A Little Art Boutique.

Rachael Kroeker is a full time ceramic artist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba where she has been creating functional tableware for the past 16 years. She specializes in a technique called slip casting, where liquid clay is poured into plaster molds creating unique, one of a kind pieces. Along with her signature style of marbling,

SARAH SUE DESIGN creates modern sustainable fashion through small-batch, slow-fashion collections. Designed and all made here in Winnipeg, Sarah’s work focuses on natural and sustainable fabrics, zero-waste design, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Her tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, and dresses are intentionally inclusive, offering sizing from XS–5X. 

From atop WOOL MOUNTAIN, Maureen rages (quietly) against the machine using handcrafted art to save the world with wool. As an interdisciplinary artist for 25+ years, Maureen values the versatility with which wool can be shaped to fit every vision: felted, hooked, punched, tufted, spun or woven.

Danielle Fontaine Koslowsky is a Franco-Manitoban visual artist. Her paintings explore the nebulous subject of the interior life. Drawing from contemplative practices, she delves into her own inner landscape; a fractal of the human experience. Through abstraction, she uses painting as a medium through which to make the invisible, visible.

Jane Gateson's work may be large or small, and is often eclectic, as is the media she uses: oil and cold wax, acrylics, resists, fabric and collage done on paper, canvas, or wood. Everyday things capture her thoughts, questions and longings and result in her art-making.

Sandra creates stunning ceramic sculptures inspired by the natural world: think trees, fish, birds, bears, and even flower goddesses. Her work is earthy, expressive, and deeply connected to Manitoba’s landscape. A two-time recipient of the Judith Ryan Award for Excellence in Manitoba Craft, Sandra brings both mastery and imagination to her pieces.

Tracy's love of hand-building pottery dates back to 1993 where she attended school in Toronto at George Brown College ceramics program. In 1998, she moved to Seattle where she was a part of the Pottery Northwest Clay Community developing children’s programming which inspired her art teaching career in the school system in Winnipeg where she moved in 2000.

Glass by Jess creates handmade lampwork glass beads and trinkets, melting rods of glass over a fire torch and shaping them with tools, hand movements, and gravity. She loves exploring colour, shape, and design to craft one-of-a-kind pieces, from playful, whimsical creatures to sparkling beads that invite the eyes to explore the depths of glass and discover the many elements that make each piece unique.

Rhoda is a ceramic artist inspired by everyday objects and the challenge of making clay mimic real life objects as closely as possible. Her work emphasizes detail, problem solving, and sustainability, extending the "shelf life" of ordinary objects that are easily tossed away and forgotten, by giving them new meaning and purpose.

Helen Harper is an Acrylic Pour/Fluid Artist. The organic nature of painting and the reaction that happens in Acrylic Pouring can not necessarily be controlled. It can be harnessed. Helen can set the stage for these things to happen and the paints to do certain things. She then collaborates with her paints, letting the paint lead the way. Now branching into Multi Media she has a new line of Vintage Chic up scale glassware that are perfect for Mother’s Day gifts.

Roger Gateson pants geometric abstracts and art deco designs. Colour and design are his primary interest regardless of the style adopted. His paintings have been on display at Poor Michael’s Emporium at Onanole (Clear Lake) and can be seen on-line and by appointment at Artlington Studios, Winnipeg.
